Adam Smart Under 10s B

About the coach: Adam enjoys biking, being outdoors and meeting new people. He completed his FA Coaching Badge in 2005 as part of his two year Sports Diploma course at Cambridge Regional College.

What IS he up to? A keen sportsman, his favourite sport is (of course) football. Not only does he coach the under 10s but he also a teaching assistant at Girton Primary School. He's currently organising a possible under 8s side for 2009/10.

Favourite Coach: Harry Redknapp. 'arry knows how to get the best out of his players, knows a bargain when he sees one and likes a tricky No 10.

Neil Sparnon Under 10s B

About the coach: Neil has climbed mountains, bowled fast (and wide), travelled the world but, most of all, played football. For over 30 years, the last 10 for Coton seniors, he played in every outfield position and legend has it that he even scored a goal once. A lifelong Cardiff City supporter (read sufferer), Neil completed his FA Coaching Badge in April 2005.

What IS he up to? Recently retired, he's now Chairman of the Club, and does anything else that's generally needed (webmeister!). He still kicks people in five asides at the Frank Lee Centre on a regular basis.

Favourite Coach: Johan Cryuff. A brilliant, two footed and intelligent player, Cryuff's Barcelona team of the early 90s was packed full of great players who could do everything, and do it with style.
