  2. Club Officials are not responsible for the transportation of children to and from venue and are prohibited from providing lifts except in exceptional circumstances.
  3. When a junior side team has an away match, a Club Official will contact the opposition and check if there are any specific issues that need to be considered - e.g. specific risks of which players or supporters need to be aware in advance.
  4. A Club Official will establish the location, what facilities are available and any specific transport or parking issues.
  5. A Club Official will provide appropriate information to parents/ carers at least 4 days in advance about the venue, timetable and will explain transportation arrangements
  6. Club Officials will invite parents/carers to bring their children to the club meeting point (usually, the Pavilion- Coton Recreation Ground) at an agreed time.
  7. If a child is not being transported by their own parent/ carer - another adult (not a Club Official) should be identified as the responsible adult should they have any injuries or other difficulties.
  8. Children will be asked to arrive at the Pavilion in their kit with additional layers that can be removed before the match as needed.

  10. Parents/ carers are expected to collect their child from the club afterwards unless alternative arrangements are made.
  11. If a child needs to change at the away team's ground- the responsible parent/ carer should make the necessary arrangements
  12. A Club Official will ensure that a full first aid kit is on hand and a qualified First Aider is present.
  13. A register will be taken at the start and end of the game before children leave the ground.
